At Czaries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items (such as sale items, innerwear, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
