At Czaries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Certain items (such as sale items, innerwear, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
